Fantastic opportunity for Software Engineers with excellent C++ skills and ideally a background in C, to join a leading software company in Oxfordshire who are looking for an OS X developer to develop and maintain Cocoa and BSD applications. You must have a general knowledge of OS X, the Apple developer tools and the Aqua guidelines, experience in Cocoa programming using Objective-C and Interface Builder, a thorough knowledge of the CoreFoundation framework, Unix programming experience, and some knowledge of writing secure code and using the Security framework. GUI design experience, knowledge of GNU developer tools, and some knowledge of Mac Classic*Carbon programming also an advantage. You will be responsible for writing cross-platform software in C*C++, investigating reported issues, and documenting procedures, resulting in the creation of the next generation of anti-virus and computer security products. You should enjoy working in highly-motivated teams on intensive development projects.
